I agree to drop off my child no earlier than the agreed upon drop off time of 8:30am.

I understand that there may not be an accomodation for a drop off later than 9:15am, and we may refuse service if necessary.

I agree to pick up my child no later than the agreed upon pick up time (4:00pm or 5:15, indicated above under "Special Agreements").

I agree to communicate any late pick ups with MAPFLC promptly by phone to 781-605-3711.

I understand that the fee for a late pick up is $1 per minute, per child.

I agree to communicate absents (i.e. sick or planned), early pickups, or late drop offs by email to info@mapflc.com as soon as possible and before 9:00am for the day of the irregularity.

I agree to read messages sent by MAPFLC and respond if I have any questions.

I understand that failure to follow these policies may be cause for disqualification of financial assistance and that my child(ren) may be disenrolled in this program. (Warnings may or may not be communicated in advance.)

I understand that my child(ren)'s participation in the financial assistance program, as well as the Summer Workshops, is at the discretion of MAPFLC and Creative Malden Inc. and may be terminated at any time and for any reason.

I understand that if I am disenrolled from the Immigrant Learning Center for any reason that may be cause for disqualification of financial assistance and that my child(ren) may be disenrolled in this program.
