Hold Harmless Agreement for Equipment Borrow

By borrowing equipment from Remake Music LLC (DBA "M.A.P. Family Learning Center" or "Music, Art, and Programming Family Learning Center"), you agree to the following terms.

You agree to not hold Remake Music LLC or any of its affiliated owners, partners, and workers responsible:

for physical damage caused by borrowed equipment. This includes, but is not limited to electrocution.
for legal issues caused by borrowed equipment. This includes, but is not limited to copyright infringement.
for how the equipment is used. This includes, but is not limited to what websites are accessed, damage done to any equipment at home, and damage done to other people's property.

Remake Music LLC is offering its equipment so that its students may learn. That being said, equipment such as all-purpose computers/laptops are powerful tools. Please use discretion when using the equipment. Please teach discretion to your children before they use the equipment, and remind them as they continue to use the equipment. Please Please supervise your children's use of the equipment. Please promote common sense use of the equipment.
